Where your area touches another Techeo client's, we agree the split up front and keep paid demand out of the shared ZIPs. You'll know exactly which postcodes are yours before anything runs.
Boundaries can change as you grow
Add trucks, open a second yard or drop a far corner and we redraw the area with you. Changes to coverage affect what the 90-day goal is based on, so we reset the goal with you at the same time rather than quietly keeping the old one.

It isn't a promise of a monopoly
Your competitors can still advertise, still rank, still appear in AI answers and still win jobs. Exclusivity means our work, our playbook and our team are pointed at your company alone in that market.
It isn't a guarantee of rankings or AI mentions
No agency controls Google's results or what an AI assistant says. We control how accurate, complete and consistent your information is where those systems look, and we report visibility separately from booked work so you can tell the difference.
It isn't a substitute for answering the phone
If calls go unanswered or the schedule is full for weeks, exclusivity changes nothing. That's why we check capacity before we take a market, and why unanswered phones and full crews are named exclusions on the guarantee.
It isn't a long leash on your decisions
Locking a market doesn't hand us your pricing, your promises to customers, your staffing or any field and safety judgment. Those stay with you and your licensed team, always.

Does exclusivity cover HVAC and plumbing together?
They're separate. One HVAC company and one plumbing company can both hold the same market. If you run both trades under one roof, you can hold both, and we'd plan them as two demand streams because the calls, urgency and job mix are different.
What if a neighbouring city is taken?
That's normal and it doesn't block you. We agree boundaries around where your trucks actually go. Where two service areas overlap at the edges, we set the split before anything goes live so neither company is bidding against the other in the same ZIPs.
Can you guarantee I'll be the only company AI assistants recommend?
No, and nobody can. Exclusivity is about who we work with, not about what Google, ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity choose to say. What we control is how accurately and completely your business is described in the places those systems read.
What happens if I stop working with you?
The market opens again. Your Google Business Profile, website content, reviews and CRM data stay yours, and we hand over what we manage on your behalf.
Is the waitlist real?
Yes. If your market is held, we record your details and contact you only if it opens. We don't use the waitlist as a reason to push you toward a different city or a different service.
