Accountability · 90 days

A written goal. Shared evidence. A clear remedy.

Techeo’s guarantee gives qualifying HVAC and plumbing businesses an accountable operating framework: agree on the benchmark and measurement first, then waive our fees if the written goal is missed under the agreement.

Direct answer

How does Techeo’s 90-day guarantee work?

For a qualifying engagement, Techeo and the owner write down one measurable 90-day goal, the starting benchmark, qualifying rules, source records and each side’s responsibilities. If the goal is missed, the agreement’s fee-waiver and remediation terms apply.

The guarantee is meant to change how the partnership operates, not decorate a sales page. The measurement method is chosen before results are known, and both teams work from the same evidence.

It does not turn every marketing signal into a business outcome. AI visibility, inquiries, qualified conversations, bookings, completed work and revenue remain distinct because each has different evidence and different owners.

The signed agreement controls the exact goal, eligibility, remedy and exclusions. This page explains the framework and the boundaries that make it credible.

The framework

Five steps keep the benchmark honest

Define the decision before the data can influence the definition.

  1. 01

    1. Record the baseline

Document the current non-branded demand, answer rate, booking records, capacity and known data gaps before Techeo work begins.

  2. 02

    2. Define the goal

Put one measurable 90-day target, its qualifying rules, source records and responsibilities in writing before launch.

  3. 03

    3. Operate the path

Lead with AEO, connect the required services and review the weakest handoff weekly rather than waiting for a quarter-end report.

  4. 04

    4. Compare consistently

Use the same definitions and available source records at day 90. Missing or inconsistent records stay visible.

  5. 05

    5. Correct a shortfall

If the written goal is missed, follow the agreement's fee-waiver and time-limited remediation process while working the documented constraint.

Reliable definitions

Visibility, calls, bookings and completed work are not the same

The scorecard names the evidence behind each stage instead of collapsing the funnel into one flattering total.

Visibility

An AI mention, Maps position, search appearance or ad impression. It shows discovery, not a customer or job.

Inquiry

A call, form or message. Spam, vendors, existing-customer service and duplicate contacts must be classified rather than counted as new demand.

Qualified conversation

A new-customer inquiry within the agreed territory and service scope, supported by a call recording or reliable contact record.

Booked work

An appointment recorded in the agreed scheduling or CRM system. A booking is not automatically a completed or collected job.

Completed work

A job moved to the agreed completed status by the contractor's team. Techeo cannot infer completion from a click, call or estimate.

Revenue

A contractor-controlled financial outcome. It depends on pricing, field scope, collections and accurate records, so it is not silently substituted for the written goal.

Source of truth

Every claim needs a record and a known limit

A Growth Partner should tell the owner what the data establishes—and what it cannot establish.

Call recording and tracking

Supports source, caller intent, response and the conversation that occurred. It does not prove the field outcome by itself.

Scheduling and CRM records

Support appointment, estimate and job stages when the office uses the agreed definitions consistently.

AEO and search monitoring

Show whether the business appears in relevant discovery environments. Visibility remains separate from calls and jobs.

Owner review

Resolves exceptions, duplicates, disputed classifications and missing records. The same evidence is visible to both teams.

Shared responsibility

The guarantee cannot erase contractor-controlled outcomes

Accountability works when each side controls its responsibilities and exceptions remain visible.

Techeo is accountable for

The agreed growth work, tracking setup, reporting, approved automation, weekly corrective decisions and the fee-waiver process stated in the agreement.

The contractor is accountable for

Accurate capacity, prompt customer handling, lawful consent practices, pricing, staffing, dispatch, technical and safety judgment, field delivery and reliable CRM updates.

Neither side should claim

That visibility guarantees a call, a call guarantees a booking, a booking guarantees completion, or marketing alone controls revenue.

Built for the trades

The benchmark must reflect the work your team can serve

HVAC and plumbing share an operating framework, but the qualifying rules must preserve each trade’s real customer journey.

HVAC capacity changes quickly

Peak-weather demand, maintenance volume and replacement opportunities compete for the same team. The written target must reflect the work and territory the company can responsibly serve.

Plumbing urgency is not one category

A leak call, drain problem, water-heater inquiry and repipe estimate have different urgency, value and handoffs. Qualification rules should preserve those differences.

Dual-trade companies need separate views

HVAC and plumbing can share systems while retaining distinct service definitions, capacity and territory availability. One trade's volume should not hide the other's performance.

Clear boundaries

What the guarantee does not promise

Specific outcomes outside either party’s control are not made more credible by calling them guaranteed.

Rankings or AI answers

Search and AI systems change independently. Techeo can improve evidence and visibility, but does not promise a specific ranking or recommendation.

A fixed number of jobs or revenue

Booked and completed work depends on capacity, customer choice, pricing, field execution and accurate business records.

Results from unavailable capacity

The contractor decides what it can serve. Leads outside approved hours, territory, service scope or capacity are not transformed into guaranteed outcomes.

Automatic qualification

Technology can gather and classify information under approved rules. Qualified people retain safety, technical, scheduling and customer-promise decisions.

Owner questions

Read this before agreeing on the goal

What exactly is guaranteed?

The signed agreement defines the specific 90-day goal and fee-waiver remedy. This page explains the operating framework; it does not add or replace contract terms.

Why not guarantee rankings or revenue?

Neither is controlled by one party. A credible goal uses a measurable point in the customer path, clear responsibilities and records both teams can inspect.

What if our schedule fills up?

The contractor controls capacity and updates Techeo. Demand priorities can be adjusted, but responsible scheduling and service delivery remain with the business.

Do branded calls count?

The current model measures new demand separately from people already looking for the company by name. The final definition belongs in the written agreement.

What if a record is missing?

It is marked as missing or unresolved, not assigned the most favorable outcome. Both teams work to correct the process for future decisions.

Who decides whether a call was qualified?

The written rules and source evidence guide classification. Exceptions are reviewed with the owner rather than decided invisibly by automation.
